"Pros: A nice and cozy two-story bungalow with sauna. On the first floor you can find a kitchen with utensils, microwave, and a gas stove. Also, there is a WC and shower in a separate section. Second floor contains of a wide sleeping area with multiple beds and electrical heaters. Mosquito nets are on doors and windows, so it is safe to open windows for ventilation. Possible to order sauna or the hot tube outside, for additional price. Must order in advance, as preparations may take couple of hours. A small pier and boat (for free) are next to a tiny but deep lake. You can go fishing from the pier or from the boat - plenty of freshwater fish in the lake. Cons: No Wi-Fi, but 4g signal is fairly good (around -90 dBm). Microwave is rather old it overheats, when used for longer period. Need to wait until it cools down or use a gas stove instead." ~Artulari

"Pros: Very nice, peaceful and authentic place in a beautiful Aglona village. I enjoyed very much traditional Latgalian dishes, fresh healthy juices & smoke sauna ritual (with multiple dips in the pond). I also had a very nice sleep as beds are comfortable and it is dark and quiet in the room. Aglona village and surrounding areas are also very beautiful with many lakes, forests, hills and meadows - highly recommended (I did a bicycle trip through Latgale) Cons: All was excellent" ~Žygimantas

"Pros: The hostess prepared breakfast upon request. The hostess is very hospitable. The house is bright and very tidy.
