"Pros: This spacious apartment is very well equipped for a longer stay (we stayed for 4 nights). It is newly renovated in a tasteful and practical fashion with all mods and cons you may need during your stay. Everything is super clean, there is a lot of storage space, the bed is comfortable, the sofa large and comfy for chilling in front of TV with good quality a/c on hot days. The beach only 5 min walk, restaurants and cafes nearby, supermarket Rimi 10-15 min walk. We didn't have our own transport so we appreciated the bus stop right outside the house and the railway station Bulduri a 5 min walk (the bus is cheaper than train). Alexandr is a great and attentive host, he even gave us a free lift from the Riga airport! When checking in he showed us around the apartment, explained everything and briefed us on the practical information regarding the local area. We even got a 5L water bottle on arrival (we liked the local tap water as well). The communication was great, we loved the stay - we would definitely recommend the place! Cons: N/A" ~Lucia
