"Pros: The location by the Khong River and next to Chieng Thong temple is unbeatable. All the staffs are very helpful and enthusiastic. The hotel buildings is a nicely renovated old house complex, a great asset to Luang Prabang old town. Cons: One of the two rooms we booked has a window view to the hotel service area. However, the staff upgraded us to two nice suites though they have the Khong River view blocked by a roof. But the worse thing was that the hot water shower in one of the rooms wasn't work despite the fixing and the water was not filtered to be clean enough so I've had alergy until now." ~Khaisri
