Boat transfers to popular tourist areas are available, and the complimentary Mekong sunset cruise was a highlight (don’t miss it!). Overall, thoughtful management, helpful staff, and a great local menu. Our family truly enjoyed and felt rejuvenated by our stay at Sa Sa Lao. Highly recommended!"

"Pros: Booked a bungalow set in a beautiful tropical garden overlooking the river. On arrival Mr Ty explained everything clearly and was always ready to help and offer advice. In fact all of the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The room was large and had everything we needed for our 5 nights. We also made use of the laundry service which was very good.
Breakfast was selected the evening before and served to your room at a time of your choosing. There is no better start to the day than sat on your balcony enjoying the views and breakfast!
The pool area is great for a nice cool down after a days sightseeing. You can walk to or from town in about 30mins; we did twice or catch the complimentary shuttle bus which operates a few times a day.
Loved our stay and thank you to everyone who made it so enjoyable.
