"Pros: Small and cozy hotel in a great location in the centre of Luang Prabang, you can walk everywhere (temples, river, morning alms, markets, plenty of restaurants and bakeries) in just a few minutes. The room was big and very clean, with all the amenities you might need. Breakfast is freshly prepared and very tasty (try the banana pancake!). But what makes this place stand out is the staff: they are all very friendly and helpful, but Keota at the reception was an absolute star, she helped us arrange transportation and daytrips, and even managed to get us the elusive tickets for the high-speed train to Vientiane - nothing was too much trouble, and she did everything with a smile.
Cons: The room overlooks an internal courtyard, therefore it does not have much of a view and is a bit dark - on the other hand, this keeps it nice and cool even in the heat of the day."
