"Pros: Excellent location. Modern, nicely furnished apartment with plenty of space, a bright dining room and good sized kitchen. The two balconies offered a nice rooftop view. Air conditioning in the two bedrooms was also a very comfortable feature. Cons: The bathroom was a little cramped, with no hot water flowing to the small sink. It was easier to wash one's face at the kitchen sink, so it was not a major problem, but not ideal either. The initial impression of the building before entering the nice apartment was very off-putting. The entry vestibule and stairway were outdated, with an atmosphere from the socialist era, and could use a good cleaning in the corners." ~Stephen
