"Pros: Close to the beach. The young staff (not the owner/manager!) tried to help us with the situation. Cons: When we got to the place, we were told that there wasn't any place for us to stay. The manager didn't bother trying to find a solution, and just walked away. He then suggested (through the staff because he never bother dealing with the issue himself) to put us in the staffroom full of staff items, that was a walk way to another room, with no lock, and wanted us to pay more to sleep on the floor! We spent hours trying to find a solution. One hour later, a couple arrived at the camp, they had made a reservation 5 days earlier for double the price we paid, and were also told that there wasn't any room for them. Again, the manager just walked away, and said it wasn't his problem if they had to sleep on the street. Also, the wifi didn't work, and they didn't provide proper duvet, just some blankets (of questionable cleanliness). The breakfast consisted of two spoons of rice porridge, a small slice of cheese, 2 slices of tomato and cucumber, and dried bread." ~Camille

"Pros: Absolute amazing stay! I would highly recommend this guest house to everyone visiting this area and chose it again if I ever come back! I stayed 2 nights in one of the two Yurts in the garden. They are very lovely! There is space for three people and an electric heater in case it gets cold in the night. The shared bathroom was just beeing built. The modern and conveniently designed shower room surprised me a lot. The meals are served in a big modern Yurt. The included breakfast was amazing. I also ate dinner there. For 8 € you get a salad, soup, pasta dish and dessert, all vegetarian possible if you ask. The host was lovely and helpful. I was served tea and sweets in the afternoon as well. The beach is a very short walk away. Cons: Absolutely nothing bad to remark." ~Butz

"Pros: First time staying in a yurt and it was a very memorable experience! The yurt was very warm throughout the night. We had a heater inside of the room but it got too warm. The bed covers were more than warm enough. The yurt is very stylish and the beds were very comfortable. You can see Issyk Kul from the property and can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes. The dinner and breakfast is served in a giant yurt which made it extra special. The owner is very kind and seems to care about the quests. She can help arrange tours from nearby village if you are interested. I highly recommend this place!" ~Lukasz
