"Pros: Area was good, filtered water. Able to wash clothes & hang in drying room. Staff friendly. Bed was nice & comfortable. Kitchen good.
Cons: Staff friendly but seemed disorganised. I was given a bed that belonged to someone else & the sheets that I took off for clean ones were still on the floor next morning. Only 6 lockers ( that were taken up by long term residents & all they're belongings) for an 8 bed dorm. Terrace view is the steps up to hostel. Bins only emptied once so over flowing. Not sure how they got superb rating & high cleanliness score - perhaps I just picked the wrong day/night."
