"Pros: The food was very good, we had 2 breakfasts and 2 dinners and she made delicious meals. One person is vegetarian and she was able to make great meals. The mountain view from the dining area is very nice. The location is good, close to centre so therfore close to the beginning of the hikes. The room is very basic, but was clean. Cons: First of all 'private bathroom' is a complete lie. There is no private and there is no bathroom. It is a sqat outhouse on the other side of the yard, shared with the other guests. Also across the yard is a shower, that we didn't use, and at the bottom of the stairs, also outside is a sink. The worst is that they don't understand Booking.com and tried to charge us double. They said the fee on line was per person when our receipt clearly says two people. Maybe they did make a mistake, but wanted us to pay for it. They showed us how much CBT guests pay so we agreed to pay them extra to match that price. But we weren't happy about it, and I don't think they were either." ~Maggie

"Pros: Tried to be helpful but was failing constantly. Cons: Wrong number 2 times, wrong location on map, not able to speak in English and always sending messages in Russian or calling. A repetitive noise throughout the night made it impossible to sleep. The bathroom smells mouldy because of the lack of ventilation." ~George
