"Pros: Stunning location and quality of hotel. Staff very pleasant and helpful Cons: We booked through Booking.com. Upon arrival we were informed the restaurant was closed Mondays, something not mentioned in the Booking.com website. We were advised it is stated on Google and not confirmed to Booking as restaurant isn't part of hotel!!?? Not normally an issue but this is a very remote part of Poland & so other restaurants are sparse, especially after a full day's travelling! Also, no tea & coffee in the room.0" ~Ian

"Pros: A wonderful facility located in a quiet part of the village directly on the Wisłoka River. A very good starting point for trips to the central part of the Low Beskids - including the Magura National Park. A freshly renovated, aesthetically and modernly equipped building with several holiday apartments with terraces. Between the building itself and the river there is a large grassy area with a swimming pool and heated jacuzzi, and right next to the building... there is an apple tree with delicious sour apples - for self-picking. ;-) There is also an easily accessible parking lot on the property - importantly, cars are not parked "under the windows" and do not disturb the view from the rooms to the countryside. The apartment is simply, modernly and tastefully equipped; at the same time it is cozy and nothing is missing. On the ground floor there is a living room-kitchenette and bathroom; on the first floor there is a bedroom with a large window overlooking the garden. Large and comfortable beds with nice bedding; there are terry towels, coffee, tea, sugar, and even candies-fudge. Everything as described. Owner smiling, very polite, friendly and helpful. "Pros: Very polite and helpful staff - there was no problem with access to the room at night, outside the reception's opening hours. Very clean rooms, bathrooms, all rooms and the surroundings of the facility. Soft and clean bedding, soft but comfortable mattresses. Basic but functional equipment in the room: wardrobe, table, stool, armchair, table with lamp by the bed, mirror All guests have access to: - a restaurant with DELICIOUS home-cooked FOOD on level -1, - a terrace in front of the restaurant with a view of the Krempna Valley (comfortable chairs), - a spacious fully equipped kitchen - a big plus for the selection of teas and coffees available!!! :-) - a large dining room with a view of the valley, - WiFi (sometimes it disappears). A wonderful homely atmosphere is created by the very nice Staff, as well as local cats that lie nearby and sometimes allow themselves to be petted - sometimes there are also tiny, cheerful kittens! Cons: Smoking should not be allowed in the restaurant garden (it currently is, or at least the staff does not ask such people to leave). One smoking person spoils the meal of a dozen or so non-smokers, not to mention the fact that some people travel hundreds of kilometers to such places to... breathe clean air - free from harmful smoke, exhaust fumes and stench... :-( Appeal to the Owners: Please designate a place for smoking cigarettes a few dozen meters away from the tables, so that you can enjoy your meal and the smell of plants, and not inhale unhealthy smoke!" ~Cezary
