"Pros: The apartment was just like the photos – it exceeded my expectations. The kids loved going up and down the stairs to the second bed. I loved how close it was to the river (perfect for a nice evening stroll) and yet still within walking distance of the city center. Cons: Nothing bad to say." ~Erta

"Pros: We loved the location, you have the castle right on the door step along with many little shops for food, drinks and supplies. We also loved how it took on average 15 mins to walk anywhere in central. Cons: No negatives 😀" ~Connor

"Pros: House was excellent for our short trip. The location was perfect and despite being fairly central, it was quiet, even had a partial view of the castle! The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfy. We all enjoyed the hammock! The kitchen had plates, cutlery etc but very minimally equipped. One of the blinds in the main area and where sofa bed was situated was missing, meaning the morning light came streaming in, waking the person sleeping in that area (bring eye mask!!) Our only real complaint was the lack of communication regarding early luggage drop off. We had prearranged this via email and had a reply stating it was not an issue and there was 24/7 reception. However, as we recieved no additional information to tell us otherwise, we headed straight to the apartment. After a frustrating half an hour of confirming we were in the right place, trying to get hold of someone to speak to, listening to a recorded message, we finally managed to speak to someone in an office who sent the details of a completely different address for the luggage drop off. It would have been extremely helpful to have had these details prior to arrival, rather than arriving at the apartment and looking for the luggage drop off, particularly as we had prerequested this. We could have gone straight to the correct location without the extra stress and confusion." ~Karen
