"Pros: Very central location with access to public transport. The apartment is renovated and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and nicely furnished rooms. Cons: -Zero flexibility in terms of check-out later than specified in the booking (10:00). The specified time for check-out was at 10:00 (which is already early enough and I haven't seen anything earlier) but when we asked if it is possible to leave later (even 30 minutes), this was not accepted. - In the shower, no water was coming from the cold tap and we had to adjust the boiler temperature to be able to take a shower with hot water only. We noticed it rather late and didn't inform the owner but would have been nice if it was checked before the check-in - There were no shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. If we knew it upfront, we could bring them along." ~Amir_n
