"Pros: The apartment layout and contents were great for both long and short stays: lots of surfaces and storage, space for luggage, well-equipped kitchen (paper towels and a grater = chefs kiss), spacious bathroom. There was a lot of light through large windows and two skylights (can be an issue in the mornings though if you need a darker room for sleeping off a hangover). The location is superb; walking or tram distance away from all the main attractions in the city. Cons: The only thing that became fairly frustrating was dealing with their customer support after checking in. There were two seemingly simple issues: the key to the laundry room was not provided and the bedsheet was too small for the size of the bed. It took several days to resolve it with multiple messages back and forth. We also asked (more than 24hrs in advance) for an extra hour during check-out. It was promptly Ok’ed over WhatsApp and then at the official checkout time we got another message over the booking platform saying that they cannot accommodate later checkout. In our case the communication mess was simply an inconvenience, but if something serious was actually wrong I would not want the same people trying to solve my problem." ~Pavel
