The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card for the amount equivalent to the first night of stay. This amount can be used to cover any damage to the property. The facility reserves the right to charge an additional fee for excessive cleaning after the departure of guests, including additional cleaning services. The property is located in a busy area and guests may experience some noise disturbance. Please note that the property is located in an area with limited car access.
