"Pros: It was a nice apartment in a very good location for those traveling by train. The kitchen was well-equipped and there was a balcony with a great view. The ambience was nice and thanks to the skylights there was a lot of light. Cons: The lift was still out of order, previous reviews mentioned it as well. It was quite a climb with a suitcase. Also, we did not manage to get the air conditioning in the main room to work. For four people, it was also a bit cramped, but for one night, it was fine." ~Mari

"Pros: I stayed in this apartment for 15 nights. My stay there was in general lines satisfying. I met everything I had expected looking the description and the images at the site. The location is central five minutes from the central train station and nearby to bus/tram stations. It is like 20 minutes far from the old city centre. The apartment provides heating and hot water, water boiler, microwave oven, work space, washing machine. Everything was exactly what I needed for my stay in Krakow. Cons: The only thing that I would like to be provided is cleaning service without further charge because of my long (15 nights) stay, which is necessary after at least 8 nights living at the same place." ~Styliani
