"Pros: Located close to the main train station, maybe a 10 minute walk once outside and on the street level. No stairs to climb after getting off the train, escalators or lifts, so pretty easy with one bag and backpack. Train station is a giant shopping center for just about anything someone might need. Apartment is secure, though the code I was given before I got the actual apartment key and attached entry door FOB didn’t work. Fortunately, someone else was going in the exterior door and let us enter. Apartment is small, aka COZY, but quite functional. Only one English language TV channel, if that matters, not really to us. A smart TV with app would be nice with access to Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube. Yes, I can watch all those on my iPhone or iPad, but travelers like us depend a lot on YouTube for travel info. Smart TV wasn’t a stated feature, just flat screen, I think. Worthy of a 9 rating. Cons: Property features stated a washer/ washing machine. It does have one, but it’s a very different one, only about 12-13 inches wide, stuffed into a cubby hole and a cabinet above. Almost impossible to access it, much less see the settings on the back of the machine. The 2 main reasons we rented this place was 1. Close to train station, 2. Washing machine. We gave up trying to figure it out. Apartment point of contact indicated they also have a laundry facility close by. That’s where we spent 2 hours washing and drying clothes. It’s 2-3 minute walk, and cost a whopping $35 USD for 2 short cycle washes and one dryer for 45 minutes. WOW! This knocked my rating back to an 7, so I averaged an 8. 2nd issue, property features indicate air conditioning. Wall-mounted type that I’m very familiar with, but couldn’t make this one work." ~Randall
