Cons: It was far from Krakow's city centre, so it would be better for someone who travels with a car.
Additionally, the communication with the staff prior to our check-in was very difficult, as we had sent multiple emails, days in advance, requesting for early check-in, but we did not have a reply until the day of our reservation."
