"Zalety: Mieszkanie piękne i bardzo czyste! Nie ma żadnych zastrzeżeń, łazienka bardzo kompaktowa, salon, jadalnia, kuchnia- duzo miejsca.
Dużym plusem jest to że od mieszkania jest 10 minut spacerkiem do super zielonej przestrzeni i dużego jeziora, to tam spędzaliśmy najwięcej czasu. Winda jest dużym plusem. Styl i jakość wykończenia mieszkania bardzo dobra.
Lustro pod prysznicem-super sprawa!
Wady: Lokalizacja ma tez swoje minusy bo przy 3 lub 4 pasmowej drodze. Nie ma szans na odpoczynek przy otwartych oknach, lub na sen przy otwartych oknach. Prawie cały nasz pobyt był bez otwierania okiem. Umywalka w łazience jest zatkana. Woda spływa bardzo bardzo wolno. Czajnik elektryczny w kuchni trzeba kontrolować przy gotowaniu bo nie wyłącza się sam wskutek czego bedzie sie gotował bez końca! Na wyposażeniu brak ociekacza na naczynia lub ścierek by osuszać naczynia. Niestety wszystko mokre było odkładane do szafek i szuflad, w łazience dodatkową zaletą byłaby ściągaczka do wody-lustro to super sprawa! Ale wyglądało by lepiej gdyby można było ściągnąć nadmiar wody ze szkła i lustra-wygoda dla osoby sprzątającej bo ma mniej osadów i lepiej dla nas bo mamy czyste lustro/szybe. Pralka ma już swoje lata... ładowność 1/4kg to przesada... na takie wykończenie mieszkania pralka powinna być nowa nie z odzysku.
Koce powinny być również prane jak pościel. Koc znajdował się w szafie i gdy go wyciaglismy miał bardzo dużo psiej sierści na sobie-naprawde dużo. Tez posiadam psa ale nie wyobrażam sobie mieć tak oszkucony koc."
