"Cons: There were just 2 tabs for the dishwasher. There wasn't any washing powder for the washing machine. In general, it was clean, but probably, cleaning was done some time ago and refreshing was needed." ~Kateryna

"Pros: Location near the city centre, amenities in the flat, easy check-in Cons: The flat was not prepared for check-in, all dusty, bed sets were dirty with hair, shower room was mouldy and door was broken, air conditioner filter was clogged with dust. The staff work is terrible. There is no loyalty and individual approach. We arrived early in the morning and were not allowed into the flat due to it being cleaned. We waited 7 hours at the airport. Then I spent another 2 hours cleaning and washing all the dirt. Good thing I had beach covers and my son and I were able to put them on the bed. The second bed was not given a sheet, it took me a long time to prove that there was none. We ended up getting another duvet cover but not sheet a week later." ~Hanna

"Pros: The apartment was spotless, and adorable. Tastefully decorated, light, and cheery, it really felt like home. The location was conveniently located near a bakery and a tram line. Cons: Once I saw the clothes washing machine, I was sad to see there was no laundry detergent. This is a very small complaint considering the quality of the rest of the stay." ~Anonymous

"Pros: Everything was good, nice that we had our own kitchen and bathroom. In general, everything was clean. All needed stuff we had. Cons: Unfortunately, the attic floor had no windows, which added to the discomfort, and the ladder to the top was not very practical and comfortable to use. Room was small maybe not for 3 people, but okay. The dishes were all dirty and sticky." ~Lysenko

"Mieliśmy duży pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami, mała kuchnia na jednej stronie i stół z krzesłami. Łazienka była doskonała, nowy odnowiony prysznic. Hotel był położony w "Starym mieście", bardzo blisko placu/stary, głównego rynku i mimo wszystko bardzo tani. " ~Zuzanna
