"Pros: The rooms are modern, bright and beautifully designed. The spa area is also attractive and equipped with towels, slippers and water fountains. The location is great - just across the road from the old town centre, and a 15-minute walk from the station/shopping mall. Check-in is easy, with a code to get into the building and another to get into the room, so no keys to lose! Cons: The room wasn't ready for us by the check-in time we'd been given: we were informed when we arrived that we would have to wait another half an hour. The staff were apologetic, but it was a bit of a pain as we'd already spent an hour killing time at the shopping mall with our heavy suitcases and were looking forward to half an hour of rest before our scheduled train trip to Wieliczka. Also, if you're booking a place with a pool so that you can do a few laps for exercise (which I wanted, as one of the few pregnancy-safe forms of exercise), this isn't the place for you: the pool is essentially an extra-large jacuzzi. It's nice, but too small to swim in :) the spa area is also only open between 12.00 and 20.00, which of course is when many people want to be out seeing the town." ~Catriona
