There is a bus stop next to the apartment, 15-20 minutes and you are in the centre of Krakow, there are several grocery stores. Everything worked in the apartment. Cons: In general, everything was fine, but I would advise to fix something: - update or at least clean the cleaning and mopping equipment; - since the apartment has only one closet, in the corridor, it would be nice to remove unnecessary and unnecessary things from it, for some reason there are two vacuum cleaners, the andressol is littered with I don't even know what; - there is an unnecessary 20-year-old monitor on the computer desk; - there are a lot of cords in the drawers under the TV. There was also a problem with contacting the apartment manager, Renters. The phones were on a payphone and it was impossible to get through to the operator, and it was not always convenient to write to chat or email. It's good that we had a minor problem - the TV didn't work and we wanted to find out how to turn on the tuner, but we managed it ourselves - we rebooted the tuner several times and the TV worked. "The hotel is located in a fantastic area with a vibrant restaurant, bar and art scene and is also convenient to the Old Town. It is decorated beautifully and the rooms are large and airy with great bathrooms and a feeling of space. The reception staff were some of the best I have ever encountered anywhere and the building retains a lot of its former charm without adverse impact on comfort.
