"Pros: Location was good. Was clean. The loft was great. The place wasn't great but they really did a good job trying to make it comfortable. The building is pretty rough but they did well with what they have. It felt safe. Lots of blankets and pillows. YouTube and Netflix with our own account.
Cons: Not much in the kitchen (eg coffee but no coffee maker), soap pod and powder was not labeled so we didn't know which to use, pictures in advertisement were a bit misleading (placement of kids room in front was not clear), no balcony as described in advertisement, low water pressure in shower. Laundry machine broken and did not spin out the water from clothes. Would have been nice to have local channels on tv. TV sound is also really muffled, and it's small."

"Pros: I had a fantastic stay at this cozy single-room apartment in Krakow and would absolutely recommend it! The location is ideal—just a short walk to the Old Town and all the main attractions, which made discovering the beauty of Krakow so easy and enjoyable.
The apartment was spotless and in perfect condition, with a stylish, modern design that included lovely decorative touches reflecting the charm of the city. It felt warm, welcoming, and very thoughtfully arranged. It was clear that great care had been taken to make the space both functional and inviting.
The self-check-in was another big advantage, especially when traveling with unpredictable schedules—my late arrival was no problem at all.
Cons: The sound isolation in the room isn’t perfect—you can occasionally hear TVs from neighboring rooms and some footsteps from the apartment above in the mornings. However, this is quite typical for buildings of this style and age, and it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The excellent location and all the other great amenities more than made up for it."
