"Pros: Property was in a good location and had plenty of space. WiFi worked well and everything was easy to use. Overall it had everything you needed. Host was pleasant but communication could have been better. Cons: There was some areas of the property which needed an extra bit of attention in cleaning like the hob (some food from the previous person still remaining on it). The fridge also had quite a strong odor which put us off using it. Communication could have also been much better. We advised our arrival would be 3pm which is the check in time. However we were not informed prior the apartment was not ready due to an issue with the previous tenant, had I have not messaged we wouldn’t have known and the message was quite vague and gave no indication of how long it would take. So we had to sit around with our suitcases for over an hour. Appreciate these things happen, would just recommend better communication in future. Please also note the trams are right outside so it can get a little noisy but nothing some earplugs can’t fix." ~Shannon
