"Pros: - Clear instructions for check-in. - Spacious apartment with what you need. - Location is good, I like a short walk to the centre. - Great shower options. - Multiple heating and cooling devices. - Generally quiet. - TV has Netflix and YouTube. - Sofa was very deep and quite comfy. Cons: - The cleaning wasn't done as well as it could have been; there were some nuts between the cushions of the sofa, some cutlery wasn't clean, and there were a bunch of towels left in the washing machine. - The night going into Independence Day, the apartment next door kept me awake the entire night (they stopped partying at 8am and my wall banging achieved nothing but mocking laughter from the resident Poles). - The dishwasher tab doesn't work, at least not in eco mode. Which freshened things up but didn't clean them - explaining why the existing cutlery wasn't clean clean. A change of tab could solve this. - I contacted mgmt regarding next door and they didn't seem to care; kinda hands-off and didn't ask why I was enquiring. They were great when it came to getting into the place, however. - The duvet is smaller than the bed, with the latter getting more uncomfortable the longer I stayed - good luck trying to find a mattress in Krakow that isn't brick-like. - Some mirror lightbulbs need changing. - Just two small loo rolls for ten days." ~Michael
