"Pros: Location and the property is excellent. Swimming pool and jacuzzi is good Cons: No bedding, it's all sofa which is terrible for sleeping. And for 6 of us only 3 towels. And no soap or any of that in wash room" ~Vinu

"Pros: Great location to the polana ski slopes Had a 3 bed apartment which I found hard to come by on booking.com but needed this to suit our needs. Has a pool jacuzzi and sauna which was a great addition and one of the reasons we chose this location Apt was clean and had all the mod cons needed with 4 teenagers. Separate toilet upstairs which was also useful. Lots of heaters in the property so never cold Beautiful views Cons: Door handle on toilet upstairs coming off Tv didn’t have any sound (but we didn’t use it so not a major issue) Boiler didn’t work on arrival and had to be repaired but did fix very quickly Water temp on shower kept going hot and cold Toilet upstairs flushed hot water into it after boiler was ‘fixed’ so not entirely sure was done correctly. No washing up bowl or plug for sink so had to put everything in the dishwasher (not overly an issue but would be nice to use the sink as and when needed." ~Rachael

"Pros: Breathtaking view Cons: The balcony door was broken and damaged, making it impossible to open. Management should inspect everything thoroughly before check-ins and check-outs to ensure that guests don’t encounter such issues upon arrival." ~Asma
