Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform TatryTop Figaro in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of PLN 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of 30 PLN applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. If before the payment of the deposit, a request for issuing a VAT invoice is not submitted to our account, it will not be possible to issue it at a later date.

Children ages 1 and older are allowed. Children from 1 year old to 3 years old stay for 30 zł per person per night when using an available cot. Children from 1 year old to 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
