Cons: - Due to the angled roof, the space of the apartment is inconvenient, especially in the bedrooms. - One bedroom has no door. - The mattresses need to be replaced. "Zalety: Mieszkanie przestronne, z ładnym widokiem z okien. W kuchni niczego nie brakuje. Klimat robi kominek i duży taras. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste. Dostępny jest duży parking. Bardzo dobry kontakt z zarządcą nieruchomości. Lokalizacja doskonała, zaledwie 300 m. od wejścia na popularne szlaki i przystanki autobusowe. Wady: Jedyne do czego mógłbym mieć zastrzeżenie to łóżko w sypialni w którym zastosowano jakiś foliowy podkład ochronny na materac. Obniżyło to komfort spania." ~Paweł

"Pros: --good stock of material (soap, dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, clean towels, etc.) --good water pressure, good water temperature --fairly nice flat, kind of cozy --pretty dishware, glasses, etc. and plenty of them Cons: --cleaning only superficial--lots of dust behind chairs, under beds, etc. --electricity doesn't work in half the kitchen --lots of things breaking (frontpieces fly off drawers when you open them, boards coming off balcony, pot handles falling off) (they offered to fix and clean, but we didn't want to wait all day for their crews--we were on holiday) --very soft bed, double not big enough for two people, one single bed under a sharply slanted roof - only 1/2 bed usable for lying on. --wifi works only sometimes and for very short periods. When I complained, they told me: 'The internet is private LTE and nestety (sic) with us is that if there are a lot of tourists, the network is loaded.' There are ALWAYS a lot of tourists. (You may occasionally get decent wifi before 07:30 and after 23:00.) They are not making any attempts to improve this service. Stay away if you need wifi or data connection. --kitchen lacks some basics (toaster, strainer, grater). --very small fridge. Things in back froze solid while things in front went off. --could not find the BBQ area and they refused to tell me where it was --the curtains desperately need cleaning, they stink up the entire apartment of heavy sweat --Communication is terrible. Contact person did not respond to basic requests about check-in and arrival. Didn't meet us at check-in, left the keys in the wood box (behind nettles) and said he would be there shortly. Cleaning crew still working when we arrived after 4pm . We waited more than 5 hours for him, during which he wouldn't answer calls or texts asking when we could expect him. He arrived past 9pm! The front office was sometimes apologetic and sometimes downright rude to us when we needed information (like the BBQ--they told us the contact person had shown us where it was, but he hadn't shown us anything; they refused to supply information about services they promised). Know: Flat is on the third floor with no lift. There is no recycling." ~Thomas
