Czysta pościel, duże okna z możliwością zasłonięcia, sala zabaw, ochrona, parking naziemny na duże auto. Wady: Schody i antresola NIE dla dzieci! Bardzo duszno na antresoli. Wszystko lekko zużyte, nie naprawiane na bieżąco (np. haczyki, szafka, szuflada), rybiki, za ciasna łazienka, WC jak dla przedszkolaków, prysznic słaby, łóżka dla nas zbyt miękkie.
