"Pros: Very nice apartment with everything you need and very clean. In the house is a new looking elevator so you don't need to carry your luggage to the 4th floor where your apartment is. The kitchen is fully furnished and everything working (didn't try the washing machine so). Smart TV and free WiFi to connect your stuff was also very nice. The whole house is pretty new and we felt safe and comfortable leaving the new car right in front of the house at the side parking next to the street. Also we left the rented bikes in the storage room under the stairs first floor without any problems. Right next to the apartment you have a kiosk and across the street a bike rental and across the corner a supermarket. The apartment is pretty central either to the old town of Kolberg or the beach (10 min walk). Cafés and bistros/restaurants are also right in the area. So all in all a super nice stay and perfect for us. :) Cons: The balcony is just floor and railing (nothing if you fear hights) so there is no privacy and no protection of wind and weather. We preferred eating at the nice eating table in flat. :) Also for somebody who is very sensitive and moving around at sleep the beds are a little creaky, BUT comfortable." ~Tina
