"Pros: The place itself is good: modern apartment, comfy bad, mineral water, tea and coffee available for guests. Cons: Communication was lame. The host forgot to send the self-check-in instructions. Standing at the building, I called the host, and he promised to send me the instructions promptly. In the middle of the call, the host just hung up, while I was asking to stay on line and give me additional directions. In a minute I received an SMS with the self-check-in instructions, but they were not absolutely clear, and I had to call again for clarifications. Apparently, it is a "normal" practice. The same evening guests of the neighboring room arrived, and they could not find keys from their room, knocking my door for help. The fob from the main door did not work properly: two times it just failed to open the main entrance, and I had to wait until someone of the permanent residents exits and lets me in. I needed an invoice. To receive it, I had to remind about myself several times." ~Illia

"Pros: Sebastian was very helpful person.. home was clean with all of your needs.. 10 minutes to the center on foot. Home was clean everything was ready coffee machine,iron ,microwave etc. Private garage was also included. I am sure I will select when I need to come to the same place. I Highly recommend." ~Kaan
