"Pros: The location and price were good. The rooms are large and clean, the bed is comfortable. The communication before hand was good. Cons: At check in I asked for a late check out. I was told this was OK but the next day I got a phone call asking if I wanted to extend my stay so the information hadn't been shared. The wifi password was too short to work on any of my devices I went to the restaurant and ordered soup. It had clearly been heated up in the microwave and was too hot to eat, meanwhile the rest of my food which was delivered at the same time was luke warm." ~Margaret
