"Pros: We notified them that we will be arriving between 21:00 - 22:00. When we arrived there around 21:30 the owner refused us access and said he only allows guests up to 20:00. We had to find alternative accommodation that time of the night. The area where the Lux Suites are based is also appalling and I won't advise anyone to ever book there. Cons: The rudeness of the owner was shocking to say the least." ~Chanelle
