"Pros: We stayed in Rufus Lodge for 3 nights. We enjoyed our staying. Silent, peaceful place, with delicious food. Room numbers and swimming pool were clean. Garden is beautiful and well-kept garden with a nice fountain.
Cons: We liked everything in the hotel, but we would like to recommend the following areas for improvements:
1) it would be great to have chill music/ meditation music in spa / pool area instead of loud music.
2) it would be nice to put sunbeams on a terrace in the corner of the building as well instead of table with chair. So clients can enjoy having suntan near the fountain in the beautiful garden on the fresh air.
3) it would be fantastic to install swimming pool on the backyard.
4) it would be better to remove TV in the spa area. There was a couple who were watching TV very loud while we wanted to enjoy and chill in pool area. Our kind request to turn down the sound of TV, they ignored.
5) in terms of serving food, it would be better to serve first starters and drinks first, then serve main meals. We received all the meals and drinks simultaneously. So when we finished with starters we ate not hot meal by that time. But the food was super delicious."
