"Pros: The host met us promptly with keys, and responded immediately to the couple of minor issues that arose during our stay. The location is also excellent, close to buses and shops, but was very quiet. The flat also contained everything you need for a short or medium stay. Cons: The mattresses are old and a bit uncomfortable. Also, whilst the bedding and towels were spotless, and the flat generally was clean, it could be cleaner, especially in the kitchen and bathroom." ~Cathy
