"Pros: It's a brand new apartment with everything necessary for stay. The host is extremely friendly and ready to solve any issue. Location is close to the airport.
Cons: The transport accessibility is not perfect. One has to walk more than 1 km to public transport stop or take the bus 54 which is near by but is following a long loop before getting to the city of Almaty. Those driving cars will have traffic jams in rush ours. My business trip destination was in Alatay so for me transport was not an issue." ~Sergey
"Pros: Very good location and awesome landscape view. Walking distance mall where you find all brands. Very nice water park for chill out in summer
Cons: Location and view" ~Perwez
"Pros: We really liked the room and the owner of the hotel! We stayed there for 2,5 weeks. Zhan is a really good considerate host who answered all our questions and helped us out a lot.
The room is clean, it looks new. We especially appreciated the tasteful design of the place, which added comfort to our stay. It has AC, which was important for us.
There is a kitchen area where you can cook or just simply warm up the food in the microwave." ~Sean
"Pros: Great location near the airport (~10 minutes by car) and excellent value for money. The apartment is on the 10th floor of a new building and has great views south towards Almaty city and the mountains. Communication with the host was very good. The apartment itself is new (as is the building - there were still building materials around when I stayed in June 2024!) and has two single beds in a large air conditioned bedroom, a bathroom with a very fancy shower, and a kitchen/entrance area. The kitchen has a table with two stools, kettle, fridge, and some crockery/utensils. A hand towel and a body towel per person were provided.
Cons: Getting in to the apartment was a little bit difficult due to my late arrival but I managed and the host was helpful prior to my arrival by WhatsApp. The apartment could benefit from some basic extras in the kitchen like teabags and sugar. I think once the apartment and building has been lived in for longer, it will feel more homely." ~Emma
