"Pros: Had overall great experience during this stay. Owner was courteous enough to pick us up once we reached the location and explained the facilities at the apartment. Kitchen was well equipped with basic supplies. Very close to Green Bazar ( 5-7 mins walk). Would love to stay again. Apartment meets the description mentioned in listing.
Cons: None. But if I have to mention one then I would say there are limited restaurant options around the accommodation."

"Pros: The check-in process was seamless and very well explained, even before we had landed in Kazakhstan.
The owner was quite responsive before and during our stay, and he was quick to clarify any questions, and even returned our security deposit prior to us checking out, once he was certain that we had taken good care of his property during our 3 days there.
The facilities provided were top notch. We had absolutely no complaints regarding the equipments/utensils in the kitchen, appliances, and leftover consumables from previous guests. The property was very clean as well, and the heating worked well. The bed was comfortable too.
The place was about 5-10 mins walking distance away from two bus stops, and there were grocery shops nearby."
