"Pros: The check-in process was seamless and very well explained, even before we had landed in Kazakhstan. The owner was quite responsive before and during our stay, and he was quick to clarify any questions, and even returned our security deposit prior to us checking out, once he was certain that we had taken good care of his property during our 3 days there. The facilities provided were top notch. We had absolutely no complaints regarding the equipments/utensils in the kitchen, appliances, and leftover consumables from previous guests. The property was very clean as well, and the heating worked well. The bed was comfortable too. The place was about 5-10 mins walking distance away from two bus stops, and there were grocery shops nearby." ~Arka
