"Pros: The location is excellent — the apartment has direct private access from the building tower to Mega Mall, which was very convenient. The apartment is spacious, comfortable for kids, and felt like home. There are two working AC units (in the master bedroom and living room), and although one room doesn’t have AC, keeping the door open allows it to cool down easily. In addition, this room is supplied with a portable fan, which helped. The host was friendly, provided the external tower door key for mall access, and gave us a parking card. She explained everything clearly and in detail. Cons: The apartment has an older, non-modern design, but it is well maintained and clean. During our first meeting, the host explained many strict rules (such as bathroom water usage), which made the initial interaction feel a bit tense. However, she later proved to be very kind and supportive, and the stay was comfortable overall." ~Hamed
