"Pros: The apartment has everything necessary for living. A well-equipped cozy kitchen, washing machine, smart TV, and a comfortable double bed. Pets are allowed. A convenient and big plus for this area is the free parking; all other offers in this zone only included parking with an additional cost.The apartment is spotless and has been recently renovated. It's located in a very beautiful neighborhood with easy access to all the main central attractions. Cons: The sidewalk right below the window has quite a busy flow of traffic, forcing you to live with windows and curtains completely shut. In hot weather, you'll only be able to open the windows for short periods, and you'll feel completely exposed. If living alone, it can get creepy at times because the audibility of what's happening in the stairwell is so good that a couple of times it felt like someone was walking inside the apartment or opening your door. Also, access to the apartment isn't particularly straightforward; people who aren't very tech-savvy will likely have difficulties with the intercom and electronic lock." ~Kristīna-ivar
