You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the property is situated on a slope. If your expected arrival time is after 17:00 or during the weekend and public holidays, please inform Sun & Snow at least 24 hours in advance at the phone number given in the reservation confirmation. In order to arrange a key collection, guests need to contact the office at the phone number given in the reservation confirmation.
