"Pros: - the best possible view - underground parking - comfortable bed - apartment was clean - no issue to pick up or drop off the key Cons: - dishwasher was causing issues - stopping in the middle of the cycle and making noises. It did not feel safe to leave it working in the night or during our absence. This has been reported by other guest too, still not fixed - there was NO AUTOMATIC washing machine as advertised, the tool that was there instead is sort of a touristic washing unit, but all the work needs to be done manually, this was a massive disappointment for us, as 2 weeks without a possibility to wash our clothes is not what we thought we were paying for. The nearest laundromat is in Jelenia Gora. - internet /tv -issues especially in the evening, internet signal was either weak or gone completely, needed to wait for few minutes for it to restart. Most likely a technical intervention is needed." ~Karolina
