Just a 10 minute walk from King Hussein Cancer Centre (Al Amal Hospital), Jordan University and UNWFP, The Place Apartments is located just off the Jordan University road in Amman, near the junction/bridge of Madina Monawara street and Jordan University road. It offers self-catering apartments with a private kitchen. A number of restaurant and cafes are located within a short walking distance. All apartments are fitted with tiled floors. Each one offers an extra long double beds thats 200cm long, a living room with a dining area and a kitchen complete with stovetop and microwave. The bathroom includes a bath and a shower. Queen Alia Airport is 40 minutes by car. A daily maid service is available free of charge during week days. Free private parking is possible on site.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform The Place Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of JOD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. The Place Apartments is designed to serve families. The Place apartments will be contacting all guests via email to confirm reservation. Immediate response to this communication is necessary to secure reservation, otherwise, reservation will be considered invalid. Alcohol is not allowed in the property.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 6 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 7 years old and over stay for JOD 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
