"Pros: The man who works the front desk seem to be amazing with customer service. The only issues we had were that the cleaning ladies took a large bag of Nescafé from our room and I found it in their bag and they laughed about it. At that point I did not accept any more cleaning services for the rest of my stay. Also skip the dry cleaning service because I'm pretty sure everything was washed downstairs and a regular machine. Some of my wife's more delicate clothes which were supposed to be dry cleaned had burn marks on the tags which to me weren't indicative of dry cleaning at all. Beyond that the hotel apartment was fantastic except for the hard beds and pillows" ~Jamal
