"Pros: We spend a week at the flat and had an excellent stay. As others have said it is very well decorated and furbished with everything you could need. The lighting is particularly good. It is wonderfully situated on the main square and there is a back entrance to the car park. There was a problem with the internet which was very variable varying from barely useable to 17 Mb/s. This is apparently due to damage to the transmitter on the church tower which is waiting to be fixed. Jelenia Gora is very well situated for walking in the Karkenoze mountains both from Karpacz & Szklarska Poręba (chair lifts up available). There are great shorter walks up to part ruined Chojnik Castle and also down the Bobr river to Perła Zachodu for lunch via Bolesław the Wryface hill and the monument on it. Ksiąz Castle is an excellent full day outing particularly if combined with the red route walk through the valley below it. Ardšpach rocks just over the border is unforgetable for a day trip. There is family canoeing on the Bobr nearby and glass blowing workshops at Huta Julia. So lots to do! Cons: Temporary internet problem as mentioned above" ~Francis

"Pros: We booked the accommodation at the last minute (on the day of arrival) and the response was immediate - the instructions for entering were clear. The fact there's parking is good as the town has very little in the way of free parking, although the parking provided was obviously residential with no specific place to park, so it's a case of finding a space. The location is fantastic - right on the main square - but quiet at night as the bedroom faces out to the back. The apartment has everything you need and the host has evidently thought it out for guests who are only staying for a night or two - there are coffee capsules, tablets for the washing machine & dishwasher, basically everything you need. Also, everything is of a high quality. There's plenty of room, especially in the living room. Cons: The sofa was not at all comfortable for sitting on, and it was difficult to work the remote control to access the television - there is Netflix, but a code is needed, and we couldn't figure out how to raise the volume to watch YouTube and couldn't find a user's manual anywhere (luckily we brought a laptop, so not a problem). A minor comment, but a couple of the towels had a very musty smell, suggesting they hadn't been dried properly or had been left in the washing machine too long - not pleasant, but there were other towels, so not a problem overall. This is more our fault for not contacting the host, but it was chilly in the apartment and we couldn't see anywhere to adjust the heating, so maybe a few more instructions (overall) might be a good idea. However, I would recommend this accommodation without a doubt and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again." ~Susan

"Pros: The apartment is right in the city centre, which is awesome. The apartment has all the necessary for short staying. Cons: The pictures of the flat shows it as a bigger than in reality. There is no elevator." ~Stepan
