"Cons: On the day that i arrived, Fri 17th I went to the restaurant, and I ordered a dish with fried rolled chicken at the restaurant, and unfortunately, the chicken was spoiled with a horrible smell. I complained to a couple of waiters but they didn't say anything about it. They just took the dish to the kitchen and didn't offer me anything else. On Sat night, 18th, I've paid my bill because I had to check out on Sunday very early morning, and the dish was charged on my bill 38 zloty. I didn't make another complaint because the restaurant was too busy and i didn't want to bother the waiter, there were only two of them. I was thinking of complaining that Sunday morning, but there was nobody at the reception at that time :/ Unfortunately they didn't know the basic of customer service, they served a chicken out of date, smelling disgusting and they didn't offered me anything instead and on top of that they charged me the dish.
