"Pros: The hotel is not far from the main station, walkable distance to the nearest convenience stores and restaurants. Communication, check-in, and -out were smooth. We arrived slightly after 6 PM for check-in, so we contacted the hotel beforehand, but there was no problem. The parking lot has a lot of space. Staffs are nice and helpful. The onsen had no other guests around 9 PM during our stay, so it was great! But the water temperature was too hot to relax longer (coming from a person who loves onsen). Great view of the surrounding nature from the balcony!" ~Andre
