"Pros: They were incredibly kind to me. I felt so well taken care of. The room was beautiful (my photo doesn't do it justice) and there was so much attention to detail, including the tea and coffee set and the beautiful bunch of flowers. The room had an incredible view, was spacious, the bed was very comfortable (and I normally struggle to sleep on a Japanese futon because of a bad back) They were very kind and accommodating for my ridiculous request for three giant pillows too :) The location is great because it's just opposite the ferry pier so you don't need to carry your luggage for ages. The rooms are up some stairs but they're very very kindly carried my very heavy suitcase up for me. The food was delicious and so much care was taken to make me a special vegetarian and gluten-free meals. My favorite meals were the Japanese breakfasts in the mornings :) so much effort was made to explain everything to me and make everything very special. I'm only sorry that I don't speak sufficient Japanese." ~Ta
