"Pros: The room was clean and we were given a lot of amenities. The bed was very comfortable. Cons: The staff wasn’t warm or friendly. We were told to drop off our room key at the front desk every time we went out. This was very inconvenient." ~Amasha

"Pros: Great from check in to check out Rooms are very small but ok It should be a NON smoking Hotel I booked through booking.comband only smoking rooms were available but omg as a non smoker was almost unbearable such the smell was strong !! Even after a whole day with opening the window it literally stank I love the free breakfast best onigiri and miso soup . Also love the fact that you can pick ur amenities at reception There is a microwave and vending machine ,laundry and dryers Amazing location with so many restaurants around the hotel .
