"Pros: Really nice experience for a rustic style hotel building. It's definitely not new or fancy, but is quite large and has the feel of a place regulars might go year after year. The staff was amazing and so friendly, offering pickup and rides and suggestions of food nearby and the snow monkey park. They went above and beyond to translate when language was a barrier. My room was super spacious for a great price. Cons: It feels a bit musty as an old style inn in the hallway decor and my room, but I didn't mind too much. The place has character! The breakfast options also felt a little bit more limited" ~Emily
