"Pros: Amazing service, friendly and helpful staff that were happy to answer any questions. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Very family friendly and it was so convenient to have the onsen right on location. Because we have tattoos we couldn’t use the public onsen but that was not a problem because they have private and family onsen. The private family onsen was clean and had the most wonderful smelling green tea soap and the heat felt great after a day visiting various shrines. Me and my family appreciated being able to relax and discuss the rest of our trip by ourselves. We stayed in a traditional Japanese style room and it was very clean, the futon were nice and thick so very comfortable and the room had everything we would need for our stay including a fridge. We had a beautiful view from the fourth floor and it was nice and quiet, we slept soundly. We will definitely stay here again!" ~Andrea
